The original 1992 pressing of the Opiate EP by Tool on vinyl - second side with a “double groove” that, depending on exactly where the needle is placed on the edge, would either begin playing “Cold and Ugly” or the hidden track, “The Gaping Lotus Experience” with both grooves eventually merging to play the final two songs on the side.
